the hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a beach area, really close to the beach, the franz josef promenade and allen kategorien für opatija. my double room was clean with a view. the location was beautiful - easy walk to everywhere i wanted to go.

My stay was incredibly relaxing, as always. the hotel is perfectly situated in a stunning location by the sea. the staff is highly competent, and the rooms are clean with extremely comfortable beds and beautiful sea views. Amenities like a mini-fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe are available. the location is conveniently close to everything Opatija has to offer, including the lovely promenade.

Spent Christmas holidays at a hotel with an amazing sea view and great location. The food was expensive but totally worth it, we had an a la carte breakfast with plenty of delicious options. The staff was friendly, always willing to help and made us feel at home. The equipment in the room was nice, and the bed super comfy. We could walk for kilometers on the beautiful promenade.

The only thing we wished for during our stay was bigger portions on the dinner menu. Even though the food was great, we would have liked more. Other than that, we have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in every way possible, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it!
